Welcome to Meleg's Lakeview Orchard!
We are a family owned and operated fruit and vegetable farm on 65 acres of land. We have been at this location since 1951. Our main crops are apples, peaches and strawberries followed by potatoes, cherries, plums, raspberries, sweet corn, beans, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, seedless watermelons, honeydews and apricots. We also make sweet apple cider, cider vinegar and our own hot and sweet paprika spice.
Pick Your Own
We are into the apple harvest and now are picking for Pick Your Own Red and Golden Delicious, and Mutsu. Fuji and Jonagold should be ready to pick October 3rd and on.
AT THE FRUIT STAND AVAILABLE NOW
We have at the fruit stand potatoes, onions, Asian pears,
a variety of apples like gala, honeycrisp, golden delicious, red delicious, mac's , Empires and mutsu's. We also have sweet apple cider in 2L and 4L jugs
Come on down to the farm and taste some fresh produced mostly picked the same day at the peak of freshness and transported several hundred feet to our stand not several thousand miles.
A big thank you to all of you that came by for our strawberries. We had a much longer season than last year. We have planted another new patch with new large variety berries so keep us in mind for next year.
