Welcome to Meleg's Lakeview Orchard!
We are a family owned and operated fruit and vegetable farm on 65 acres of land. We have been at this location since 1951. Our main crops are apples, peaches and strawberries followed by potatoes, cherries, plums, raspberries, sweet corn, beans, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, peppers, pickles, seedless watermelons, honeydews and apricots. We also make sweet apple cider, cider vinegar and our own hot and sweet paprika spice.
Peaches we should have by August 1st for PYO. Our first apples will start the end of August for PYO starting with our Gingergold variety...this is the best tasting and high quality early apple by far. Try them out if you haven't tasted them yet. We will also be making our cider by mid September so come on by and taste the freshness of fall with some fresh apple cider.

We have sweet corn, peaches, apricots, yellow plums, sweet green and yellow peppers, new potatoes, baby potatoes, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, green beans, pickles,
and swiss chard. Coming soon will be honeydew melons, muskmelons and seedless watermelons.
Come on down to the farm and taste some fresh produced mostly picked the same day at the peak of freshness and transported several hundred feet to our stand not several thousand miles.
A big thank you to all of you that came by for our strawberries. We had a much longer season than last year. We have planted another new patch with new large variety berries so keep us in mind for next year.
